We chose these words as playful metaphors to describe our creative process. It’s a simple thought, but a deeply personal one (maybe one that other people can relate to). When undertaking any creative endeavor there is always excitement at the beginning, around thought of its endless possibilities. Then midway through, there’ll often be a few roadblocks – things that don’t turn out the way we envisioned, or we start to lose confidence in our ideas and abilities. Self-doubt starts slowly creeping in, and sometimes we get stuck in a rut or a negative loop Until we find the courage to keep working through it and (hopefully) discover a way out. And in the end it would have been worth it.
