Your name will be stated as the importer and shall comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You may be a subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the importer’s country. Please note that all additional fees must be paid by the importer.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Kindly contact your local customs office for more information and make sure your item can be imported legally and safely.

Please provide complete information on your order form to avoid delay due to customs procedures. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender, make sure to confirm your shipment when the customs staff reach your listed phone number.
